Once your child is up and about, they will progress to the Toddler Room.
The Toddler room is purposely designed to provide an area that encourages your child to move from Solitary play to Parallel play and to discover and explore in a safe environment.
Focus will now be put on your child learning to walk, developing their co-ordination and improving their interaction with other children and staff.
This will be a busy time for your child with plenty of structured playtime specifically designed to stimulate and challenge.
Mealtimes become a social occasion with the introduction of new foods and textures.
The introduction of outdoor play gives children the opportunity to explore and participate in physical games.
Record books will remain in operation to provide parents with detailed information on children’s daily activities including sleep, nappy and meals.
